The David Nicoll Diary Project
My mother is blogging our ancestor’s Civil War diary in real time, one post per day, in sync with his original writings. Some of it shows the day-to-day drudgery of David Nicoll’s experience, but added together over time it paints a unique picture of the war.
(Once we have a complete transcription of his diaries, we’ll see what the next step is in this project.)
